By default, each plate is colored based
on the minimum and maximum values for the plate. To color based
on the minimum and maximum data values for ALL plates, select the
Global Colors check box.
In this example, the plates are lot more similar in scale when compared
globally, however there is some obvious plate effect in the data.
You can make the plates smaller and larger by clicking on the smaller
and larger buttons. You can rearrange the number of plates per
column by clicking on the More Columns and Less Columns buttons.
Here I have reduced the number of columns and made the plates larger:
You can view a larger image of a plate
by double clicking on it or clicking on the plate and then clicking on View Plate.
Durning plate loading, clicking on the Reject Plate will remove the
plate from both the view and from the plates that are going to be
loaded. When you are browsing through analyses, clicking on the
reject plate button will only remove it from the current view. We are
working on allowing plates to be rejected after they have been loaded
into the database.
