View All

View all the plates in a dataset, either when loading data or analyzing data.

Clicking on View all when loading plates or from the Plates tab in the results section will show a window similar to the following:

Clicking on a plate will show the relevent information.  You can change the coloring scheme by clicking on the "Select Color Scheme" option.  Here is the plate view with the  "Blue To Red" color scheme:

By default, each plate is colored based on the minimum and maximum values for the plate.  To color based on the minimum and maximum data values for ALL plates, select the Global Colors check box.

In this example, the plates are lot more similar in scale when compared globally, however there is some obvious plate effect in the data.

You can make the plates smaller and larger by clicking on the smaller and larger buttons.  You can rearrange the number of plates per column by clicking on the More Columns and Less Columns buttons.  Here I have reduced the number of columns and made the plates larger:

You can view a larger image of a plate by double clicking on it or clicking on the plate and then clicking on View Plate.

Durning plate loading, clicking on the Reject Plate will remove the plate from both the view and from the plates that are going to be loaded.  When you are browsing through analyses, clicking on the reject plate button will only remove it from the current view.  We are working on allowing plates to be rejected after they have been loaded into the database.
